Data is processed in particular to provide the website and app, manage user accounts, authenticate users, support time tracking, communication, and maintain security.

Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be shared with technical service providers where necessary to run the service. At present, this includes in particular hosting by Hetzner, transactional email delivery via Brevo, and optional sign-in via Google or Apple.

If providers outside the EU or EEA are used, transfers take place only on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR.

Plausible Analytics is used for audience measurement. Under the current setup, no tracking cookies are set. Reduced usage and device data are processed to evaluate page views and website usage statistically. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by law.
